Life happens. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Need to move your appointment? No problem. Reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

A $25.00 CAD deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment, processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The deposit is applied toward your service total, and the remaining balance is paid at your appointment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Energy sessions (Nervous System Reset, Energy Healing, and Embodiment Coaching) are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable once the session is confirmed.
If your appointment requires adjustments after your session (additional time, products, or services), you'll be invoiced for the difference.
Color correction services may require a consultation before final pricing is confirmed.
The intake form is a required part of your booking. It helps Amanda prepare for your appointment, ensure your safety, and deliver the best possible results.
Please be thorough and honest. Information about allergies, scalp conditions, medications, and hair history directly impacts the products and techniques Amanda will use.
All intake information is kept private and secure. It is only used to prepare for and perform your service.
Your privacy matters. Amanda Lynn collects personal information (name, contact details, hair and health history, photos) solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you about your appointments.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or need to reschedule.
For hair services, please come with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. For wellness services, wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals beforehand.
